My energy is direct and no BS while still being warm and compassionate. As am openly queer and find it deeply fulfilling to work with other LGBTQ+ identifying individuals. I’m a product of the Pacific Northwest, where I was raised in Portland, OR, and now reside in Seattle, WA.
When I am not in session, you’ll find me on the hiking trails, the volleyball court, or running to show tunes. I have a passion for travel and have a lifetime goal of visiting every U.S. National Park (I am over halfway there!)

Not a Blank Slate
I am a real human on the other side of the screen who believes that therapy is political. I work through an anti-oppressive, intersectional feminist lens. I am also a therapist in therapy and know that change does not happen in isolation, and I built this practice around that belief. I believe therapy works best when it’s collaborative, not hierarchical. This means we BOTH need to show up as our authentic selves.
