Insurance & Fees
Let’s Start With a Free Consult
The research is clear, a good fit is the best predictor of a successful experience in therapy.
Every new client starts with a free 20-minute “good-fit” call. We’ll determine if we are a good match to start working together.

Using Out-of-Network Benefits
I can provide superbills for clients to submit to their insurance company for out-of-network reimbursement.
Cancelation Policy
If you need to cancel, you must give me 48 hours’ notice. I will wait online until 15 minutes past the start of your session before you are considered a no-show.
Every client has one ‘freebie’ session where no fee will be charged for either a late cancellation or a no-show. After that, a fee of $150 will be charged.
Good Faith Estimate
Effective January 1st, 2022, under the No Surprises Act, clients who are uninsured or choosing not to use their health insurance for services have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate explaining the expected cost of their care. Therapy can change over time, so the estimate is not a contract or commitment to a specific number of sessions—you are only responsible for services you actually receive.
If you receive a bill that is $400 or more above the Good Faith Estimate from your provider, you may have the right to dispute the charge through the federal Patient-Provider Dispute Resolution process. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit cms.gov/nosurprises or call 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227).
