Who I See.
Who I See.
Who I See. Who I See.
Many of my clients are seeking to explore…
-
For queer clients seeking a safe and affirming space where their unique identities are celebrated. Many of my clients are navigating challenging family dynamics, relationship concerns, coming out, shame, and internalized phobias.
-
For people working through complex trauma, attachment wounds, or difficult relationship patterns. I put you in the driver’s seat, and we create space to carry your past with you a little differently.
I work very well with clients who have religious trauma or are looking to deconstruct harmful teachings that are no longer serving them.
-
For clients whose minds are always racing and can never seem to slow down. The world can feel so overwhelming, but you do not have to suffer in your own head. Many of my clients want to learn ways to reduce stress, set boundaries, and improve perfectionism/people-pleasing.
-
For clients experiencing unwanted and intrusive thoughts causing them intense worry and discomfort. Many of my clients experience compulsions that are physical, but more often than not, mental. We work to get unstuck from this vicious cycle.
-
For ADHD and ASD clients navigating executive dysfunction, emotional dysregulation, and burnout. Many of my clients are still very high functioning but are struggling with the toll of a lifetime of masking (whether they knew it or not).
-
ALL of my clients are impacted by the relationships in their lives; this is a space for you to do the individual work. Many clients are seeking to explore intimacy, sex, communication, and conflict. I also provide a nonpatholigizing space for poly/kinky clients who are in nontraditional relationship styles.
