Lavender Mental Health PLLC bills $200 for initial sessions and $180 for follow-ups. Most insurances have an "allowed amount," which is the max they will cover for a specific service, and some only cover a specific percentage of that allowed amount. Below are questions to ask when you call your insurance to help determine your cost for sessions.
